What this website is

Composed Quiet Studio is a music website that presents original ambient recordings for sleep, meditation and deep focus. It links out to releases on Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube. It is an informational and listening site - it is not a shop and it does not require an account to browse.

Embedded services

Some pages include players hosted by third parties. Release pages embed a Spotify album player that loads with the page; on the home page the Spotify player bar appears only after you choose something to play. The About page offers a few studio videos that connect to YouTube only after you press play; until then, nothing is loaded from YouTube apart from a preview image. Everywhere else YouTube appears only as outbound links. Each provider handles your data under its own privacy policy:

• Spotify - album players embedded in the release area and the bottom player bar.
• YouTube - outbound links to official release playlists, plus click-to-load studio videos on the About page (served via youtube-nocookie.com).

Spotify may set its own cookies as soon as an embedded player loads, and receives playback information when you press play. We do not control those cookies.

Analytics

We use Umami Cloud in its EU data region, a privacy-focused analytics service that works without cookies, to measure aggregate visits and anonymous interactions such as sections viewed and releases played. It does not use advertising identifiers or build cross-site profiles. We do not sell analytics data or personal data.

Cookies & local storage

The site itself keeps a small amount of information in your browser's local storage to remember your choices:

• Your acknowledgement of the cookie notice, so it does not reappear on every visit.

These stay on your device and are not sent to us. Separately, the embedded Spotify player may set its own third-party cookies, and YouTube may do the same once you start a studio video on the About page.

Email list

If you sign up for new release alerts, your email address is stored by MailerLite, an EU-based email service, and is used only to send you occasional release announcements from Composed Quiet Studio. Signup uses double opt-in: you become a subscriber only after clicking the link in a confirmation email. Every email contains an unsubscribe link that removes you immediately. We do not share, sell or enrich the list, and we collect nothing beyond the address you enter.
